BOOKING OVERVIEW
     

  • Send us a message including: # People, Budget, Goals & Dates
  • We will schedule a phone call to discuss details and confirm the trip details (date, special requests)
  • Secure trip deposit of U$ 600/pp
  • Submit proof travel insurance and signed liability release:
  • Receive Trip Packet with all instructions and guide lines for trip:
    • flight purchase recommendations, packing list, gear, airport diagram and layover instructions, documents and currency recommendations, etc.

Payment:

  • All payments can be done via cash, check, bank transfer, international wire or Zelle, WISE. (second choice Paypal)
  • We currently don't take credit card payments.
  • FINAL BALANCE MUST BE PAID at least 30 days before the start of the trip
  • Prices are all in $USD and are based on the number of people in the group. Prices vary depending on number of guests and room occupancy.
  • By submitting your deposit your trip is confirmed and you are AGREEING to our Liability Release,  Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

    After booking with us :

    • Purchase flight 
    • Make corresponding reservations before and after our trip start and finish date.


    Cancellation:

      (a) Client Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation by the client, the following guidelines apply:

      • Cancellation more than 90 days from the trip start date entitles the client to a full refund, excluding the deposit.
      • Cancellation between 30-90 days prior to the trip start date warrants a full refund, excluding the deposit, contingent upon Surf the Andes finding a replacement guest. Failure to find a replacement results in a refund equal to 25% of the total amount, excluding the deposit.
      • Cancellation less than 30 days from the trip start date results in forfeiture of the entire price.

      Guests are strongly advised to have travel insurance covering trip cancellations to mitigate potential losses.
